Professor Kaj Storbacka will lead a session on Managing Solutions for Growth, Scalability and Profit at SAMA Pan-European Conference 2010. The conference is held 28 February – 2 March in London, UK.

The topic of the 90-minute session is "Managing Solutions for Growth, Scalability and Profit". The development of custom solutions leads to higher margins, accelerated growth and lower costs. The session offers a concrete approach to solutions development for the customer based on recently completed field research and case examples.

Professor Storbacka will also lead sessions at the SAMA Annual Conference in April 2010 (Chicago).
