Vectia is a management consultancy driving our clients’ growth and performance. We have forefront expertise in customer management as well as in market and business model design. Vectia is known for our hands-on and participative approach to working with our clients, helping them to move from strategy to practice.

Vectia was founded by Kaj Storbacka and is privately owned by 6 partners of which all are actively working in the company. Vectia has 25 associates with headquarters in Helsinki.

Vectia’s clients are all leading players in their fields, representing a wide scope of industries. We work with our clients on various levels, ranging from analysis and design to implementation with the help of both innovative and established frameworks, methods and tools.

Vectia consists of three independent entities; Vectia (founded in 1994), Vectia Learning Systems (founded in 1985) and SalesDriver (founded in 2009). Common for all is the genuine interest in our clients’ processes and the continuous drive to develop knowledge further.
