Tapio Nissilä

Tapio Nissilä has experience in leading consulting projects for clients from several industries, with strong focus on industrial, telecom, media, ICT, professional and business services as well as software industries. Mr. Nissilä is specialised in business and growth strategy development, sales and marketing management, business and corporate transformations and performance improvement of support functions and business processes. Mr. Nissilä is also responsible for SalesDriver™, which is a sales management system and CRM-tool distributed by Vectia and Logica.

Before joining Vectia in 2008 Mr. Nissilä worked at IBM as Global Client Executive and Management Consultant, where he build his expertise in sales & account management areas in international environment. He has also worked at PwC Consulting as Management Consultant (strategy practice) and at Done Solutions Oyj as Business Unit Manager. Through his work as the founding partner and entrepreneur of the new media consultancy Identia Ltd Mr. Nissilä has gained a thorough understanding of the new media industry and relating software (e-commerce) and services industries.

In his free time Mr. Nissilä enjoys outdoor sports, including sail racing, sailing, alpine and off-piste skiing. He also enjoys photography, travelling, reading as well as listening to and playing music.
