Mika Rytkönen
Mika Rytkönen has more than 15 years of experience in customer and market oriented business development. His engagements range from strategy and business model innovation to customer experience design. He has experience from both B2C and B2B segments.
Mr. Rytkönen’s special interest lies in customer experience design and business model innovation. “Consumer businesses are more and more fighting for the share of wallet in the consumers’ everyday life. In doing this, they are trying to expand their value proposition from selling products and services to offering solutions. Being in solution business means being able to innovate and manage experiences that help consumers to create meanings in their lives.”
Mr. Rytkönen is an experienced facilitator and has designed several innovative and participative methods for both small and large scale work group facilitation. He is a regular speaker both in academic and in leadership forums.
Before joining Vectia in 2004 Mr. Rytkönen was responsible for Capgemini’s CRM Service Line. At S.A.M.I. Ernst & Young Management Consulting he worked as a strategic marketing consultant.
Mr. Rytkönen is married and has two children. In his free-time Mr. Rytkönen enjoys reading contemporary literature. His other interests are running, winter swimming, cooking and barbequing. He would also enjoy having time for oil painting.
