When implementing concepts into practice we support our clients in different stages of implementation and development – from development and piloting to establishment.
Vectia Learning Systems helps our clients in identifying what changes the new concept requires with regard to the employees’ roles and missions: for example in turning sales people into customer relationship managers or service personnel to sales personnel, or changing customer service into sales. Also managers can develop their own role in order to correspond to the needs of the new concepts better, for example by developing oneself into a coach instead of a master.
According to our experience, implementing a new concept also requires inspecting tools and competences, work distribution, networks and regulations. By observing and visualizing everyday work we can form a conception of how functional the work practices are as well as identify development needs.
